Returns & Exchanges

At LEELO ACTIVE, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
